The Valentine Police Department is investigating an altercation involving several people early Tuesday morning, May 8th, 2018. The incident occurred on the 200 block of Victoria Street in the early morning hours. According to Police Chief Dana Miller, it appears that a firearm was discharged and the round may have been fired to the west.
