Cherry County Attorney Eric Scott informed KVSH News that Jessica Otte, age 42 of Valentine, was sentenced Friday, January 19th, in District Court to 2 to 6 years on the charge of Felony Theft and 12 to 14 months on the charge of Unauthorized use of a financial transaction device.
Otte was previously convicted in connection with the theft of money from the Valentine Legion Post 90 where she was employed as the Vets Club manager during 2016 and 2017.
