For the purpose of consideration of a Bonding Authorization Resolution.

Also note that there will be a public hearing on Tuesday, September 17 at 4:30 pm at the Valentine High School on Conditional Use Permit (CUP) #003/18 BSH Kilgore, LLC for a Commercial/Utility Grade Wind Energy Conversion System.
