The Niobrara River Outfitters Association will have their 2019 Fall River Clean up this Sunday 9-15-2019 starting at 1:00 PM. To schedule a section of the river to clean-up please call one of the participating outfitter association members. Participating outfitters will provide canoes at no cost to the people signed up for the section listed below. Please call in advance to make your reservations.
