The Valentine Police Department sent notice of this latest scam alert. Scammers are utilizing phone numbers associated with the Cherry County Hospital in an attempt to obtain your personal information and to receive payment in exchange for health insurance. The Cherry County Hospital IS NOT contacting people in this manner. You would receive a bill in the mail if you owe anything. The Hospital DOES NOT offer health insurance programs. Never give out personal information or send money until you verify the legitimacy of who is requesting this information!!!
