According to Cherry County Court documents, Travis Richards, age 37, of Valentine was arrested on February 15, 2018 on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, (THC edibles) a Class 4 Felony, and one count of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute near a school, a Class 3 Felony. Bond was originally set at $75,000/ ten percent, and subsequently reduced to $25,000/ ten percent. Richards has bonded, and is slated to appear on April 2 in Cherry County Court for a preliminary hearing.
