For the first time in 25 years, the Nebraska High School Rodeo Finals return to Valentine June 11th through the 14th at the County Fairgrounds.

Wednesday June 11th will be rifle and trap competition at 9AM and the Queens Horsemanship at 2PM.

Rodeo performances will start with cutting on Thursday and Friday mornings at 7AM.  Reined Cow Horse at 10am and regular rodeo performances at 11AM and 6PM both days.

This event culminates the high school rodeo season that began last fall and continued this spring with contestants qualifying by placings at various rodeos.  The top four contestants in each event will be a part of the Nebraska National Rodeo team that will compete in Rock Springs Wyoming in July.

Also, during the finals, there will be a trade show and a number of food venders on the grounds.
