The annual Niobrara River Polar Bear Festival will be held at the Meadville Store in Meadville, NE on January 26th and 27th, beginning at 5 P.M. on Friday. Saturday activities willl begin at noon with the ‘Liquid Courage’ Party. All dippers must register before the dip. For more information contact the Meadville Store at (402) 497-2440.
