One of Valentines newest businesses will open to the public at 4PM today. The Bull Market, located at the former Runza building will serve smash burgers, grilled chicken and 3 varieties of salads. The usual sides of fries and onion rings are also available. Dine-in or carry out will be available starting today but the drive thru will not be open for a while. Robert and Lacey Joseph who recently sold The Peppermill across the street told KVSH that this fills a void they felt was missing in the Valentine market. Robert stated that there will be no crossover from The Peppermill. This fast food eatery will also feature your favorite beer or cocktail and will offer casual dining on site. They hope to have normal hours of 11AM until 9Pm seven days per week. The Bull Market will add 16 jobs to include cook staff and counter staff. There will be some technology when it comes to order your food, with a kiosk available with digital menuing. There will not be wait staff but they will provide service to those who choose to dine-in. Online ordering will also be available. Robert and Lacey will continue to work on The Draw Bar project in Downtown Valentine which will offer more along the line of steaks and finer dining.
