Wednesday on HWY 12, 3 miles east of Valentine, traffic resumed over the newly constructed bridge crossing the Minnechaduza Creek.
This Eliminates the lengthy detour that routed traffic north of Valentine. Construction began September 3rd of 2024 and finished, as promised before Memorial Day 2025. this will allow summer traffic to flow as usual.
The remaining work of grading, guardrail, and drainage structures will be completed under traffic control for work zones.
