Work resumes today on West 4th Street in Valentine. Rutjens Construction has
mobilized onto the project to begin placement of concrete storm sewer pipe. This
work will be on the shoulder between the Minnechaduza Creek Bridge and Edna Street.
Work will be done under traffic with no detours in this initial phase..
