All interested persons are advised that the Nebraska Unicameral has set a hearing date of Wednesday March 12 concerning the Inheritance Tax, LB13CA. This bill is intended to do away with all inheritance taxes in the state of Nebraska. The hearing will be at 1:30pm at the Capitol Building room 1524.
