During the week of February 2nd to February 8th, the following arrests were made:
On February 3rd, at 9:20 PM, officers responded to a disturbance on South Helen
Street in Valentine. A 30 year old Nebraska woman was arrested on charges of
Assault and Trespassing.
On February 4th, at 12:27 AM, officers responded to a domestic disturbance in
Valentine. A 28 year old Nebraska man was arrested and charged with Strangulation
and Assault.
On February 4th, at 3:14 PM, officers responded to a reported robbery at a gas
station in Valentine. It was determined that no robbery had occurred, and a 44 year
old South Dakota man was arrested and charged with False Reporting.
On February 5th, at 2:07 AM, officers responded to a disturbance in Little’s Trailer
Park. Two South Dakota women, ages 41 and 24, were arrested for assault.
During the week officers reported 43 calls for service, including:
10 Traffic stops
6 Welfare checks
3 Domestic Disturbances
2 Animal complaints
2 Suspicious persons or vehicles
