The Valentine Public Library has announced that they have partnered with AARP Tax-Aide. AARP will provide in-person assistance to anyone, free of charge, but with a focus on taxpayers who are over 50 and have low to moderate income. This year, an AARP Tax-Aide volunteer will be at the Valentine Public Library starting on February 3 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am to 2pm and on Fridays from 11am to 5pm, however, this service is only available by appointment. You are asked to contact AARP Foundation Tax-Aide to schedule an appointment by calling 888-227-7669. Because the Valentine Public Library is not affiliated with AARP, they will not be able to schedule your appointment for you.
