The Cherry County Hospital Ambulance Service continues to serve the area
with a high number of calls in 2024.
According to statistics made available on January 13th, the 2024 tally
included 556 total ambulance calls in Valentine and the surrounding area.
These calls include all 911 requests, mutual aid requests from Rosebud
Ambulance Service as well as sports and other standby requests.
At Monday night’s regular meeting, several EMS personnel with CCH
Ambulance were recognized for their service, including Billie Brockley 10
years, Jim Wright 15 years, Wendy Murphy 20 years, and Dana Miller who has
been an EMT with Cherry County Ambulance Service for 25 years.
