The Valentine Volunteer Fire Department and Cherry County Hospital Ambulance Service were dispatched to the report of a structure fire at 90297 Hatchery Road just north of Valentine on Friday morning. As the first firemen began to arrive, it was reported that the fire was in an outbuilding, not the home. Firemen began returning to the fire hall at about 12:20pm.
