On November 3, Bomgaars stores across the country held their annual “Ladies’ Night” promotion, joining with local cancer centers, hospitals, and ladies’ organizations to raise awareness of women’s health issues and passing along a 20% discount for the ladies in attendance from 5-8pm. A donation of the evening’s total sales was pledged back into the community to help local agencies. Nationwide, Bomgaars stores donated a total of $150,604.11. Locally, $1,355.45 was donated to the Cherry County Hospital oncology department. Local store manager Jodi Hissong thanks everyone who participated, and looks forward to next year’s event.
