Incidents/Arrests:
On 10/18/2024 at 1:45 am, an officer responded to the 100 block of west highway 20 for a disturbance. A 35 year old Valentine man was identified as the suspect. The man fled prior to officer arrival. At 2:20 am, the suspect was located, and a traffic stop was initiated. The suspect fled the traffic stop at a high rate of speed. The pursuit was terminated due to the careless operation of the fleeing vehicle and the danger it posed to the general public. An arrest warrant will be sought.
On 10/18/2024 at 7:43 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of west highway 20. A 25 year old Crooskton man was cited for possession of marijuana less than one ounce and drug paraphernalia.

On 10/18/2024 at 8:58 am, a hit and run resulting in property damage was reported in Little’s Trailer Court.

On 10/18/2024 at 12:10 pm, a welfare check was requested in the 300 block of north Victoria Street.
On 10/18/2024 at 1:45 pm, a welfare check was requested in the 800 block of east highway 20.
On 10/19/2024 at 1:00 pm, a disturbance occurred in the 200 block of north Victoria Street.
