UPDATE: Accroding to KWYR, Winner School District Admin was contacted by law enforcement stating that they had a person in custody in relation to the incident. School is back in session Thursday at Winner School District.
Winner School District middle school and high school students were dismissed from their respective schools at 1:15pm Wednesday after a precautionary lock down earlier in the morning. According to a post on the school’s social media page, Winner Middle and High School were initially placed on a precautionary lock down due to a threat received by many of the students. Law enforcement was notified and were placed on campus while school was still in session.
