The North Central RC%D will bring paper shredding to Cherry County on Monday, September 30th. Residents can safely dispose of confidential documents to help stop identity theft with on-site shredding. The event will begin at 8:45 Mountain time in Merriman, at Buckles Service Station. The truck will be in Valentine at 11:30 CT at the Middle Niobrara NRD parking lot on Highway 20. They will be at that location until 12:30 to shred documents.
If you have old business records, tax documents or cleaning out your closet, this will be an opportunity for you to safely dispose of those documents. A free will donation is appreciated to assist the RC&D with continuing events.
After Valentine, the truck will move on to Bassett, Stuart, Atkinson and Ewing on Monday.
