The 2024 Homecoming week is quickly approaching and the Badgers are on the Prowl for victories! Homecoming week will kick off Saturday, September 28th, with painting business windows on Main Street. On Sunday, September 29th, the Badger Boosters will host their annual powder puff games and pep rally starting at 3 PM, with volleyball games, powder puff football, and a pep rally to follow at the field.
The Valentine Community Schools will host spirit days from 9/29 to 10/4.
The Student Council will host the Homecoming Parade on Friday, October 4 at 2:30 PM, starting at 1st & Main St, continuing down Main Street to 5th Street, and finishing at the Elementary/High School.
The high school has selected its 2024 Homecoming Royalty has been chosen from the senior class. Chosen from the Class of 2025 Courtney Billings, daughter of Coby and Kim Billings; John Fulton, son of Lisa Fulton and the late Brian Fulton; Kennedie Assman, daughter of Lacee Colvin and the late Tim Assman and Cinch Miller, son of Shane Miller & Erin Miller.
Chosen from the Fine Arts are Marybelle Ward, daughter of James and Susan Ward, and Titus Maunu, son of Paul and April Maunu; Kimber McGinley, daughter of Mark and Jessica McGinley; and Andon Olson, son of Gabe and Kandee Olson.
Chosen from the FFA/FBLA organizations are Emma Kreutner, daughter of Neil and Callie Kreutner, and Quinton Nelson, son of David and Nina Nelson.
