According to the South Dakota Attorney General’s office, at approximately 7am on Friday morning, Andrew Lubbers, age 38 was arrested after being accused of driving his motor vehicle through the front doors of the Gregory County Courthouse in Burke, South Dakota. No injuries were reported in this incident.
The incident was initially handled by the Gregory County Sheriff’s Office before being transferred to the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation. Charges against Lubbers are pending through the South Dakota Attorney General’s Office.
