Valentine Chamber of Commerce Director Jenny Moore was our guest on the Comment Program on Thursday morning. With the Chamber of Commerce sponsoring the annual Crazy Day event on August 3rd, area listeners will be treated to some familiar promotions, as well as new.
The 1st annual Crazy Day Sidewalk Chalk Art Contest will be held from 9 – 1 followed by public judging and voting. Divisions include Individuals 12 and under, Parent and Child team and individual 12-18 and 18 and up. Also, teams of 2 or more will also have a division. First place in each division gets $20 in Chamber Bucks.
During Crazy Day, the free breakfast will be held at the Vets Club starting at 8 and many stores will open by 9. Don’t forget to sign your receipts to enter drawings for Chamber Bucks as well.
