Local emergency crews were called out about 5:30 Saturday afternoon yo a two vehicle accident at the corner of 5th and Green Streets, near Valentine High School. It appeared that one vehcile may have run the stop sign on 5th street and collided with a smaller SUV. The sedan ended up in the front yard on the Northwest corner of 5th and Green Streets.
Cherry County Sheriffs department was first on the scene, followed by Cherry County Hospital Ambulance crews and then Valentine Police. It was unclear at this time if there were any major injuries.
