It is said that Nebraska has two seasons. Winter and construction season. Those commuting in Valentine are urged to be aware of maintenance work being done in Valentine. According to City manager Shane Seiwart, there are currently a couple locations on 3rd Street are being worked on as part of the City of Valentine’s one- and six-year road plans.
