Two KVSH area men were honored on Friday June 7th with induction into the Nebraska Scholastic Wrestling Coaches Association Hall of Fame. The ceremony took place in Grand Island. Joe Mundorf of Wood Lake was honored in the contributor category. Joe was a state high school champion in the formative days of Valentine High School wrestling in the 1960’s. He went on to wrestle in college and has been a longtime supporter of Badger and area Wrestling. He helped coach the Wood Lake junior wrestling
program for over 20 years. Mark Gracey of Ainsworth was an accomplished wrestler at Valentine High School in the 70s and has been helping coach youth wrestling in the Ainsworth and Bassett areas for numerous years. He also wrestled in several Ol’ Timers tournaments for several years. Mark was also selected for induction in the contributor category. KVSH congratulates both men on this honor.
