About 9:30 Thursday morning, US Marshals had a vehicle pursuit from South Dakota into Cherry County Nebraska. According to authorities the vehicle exited South Dakota North of Kilgore and the fled West on Highway 20 to the North Eli turnoff between Cody and Merriman. At the North Eli turnoff the Dodge Charger turned to the north into South Dakota. Marshalls reported there was a successful stop near Martin SD. The top speed in the pursuit was only 68 MPH and the fleeing vehicle slowed down as it went through towns. There were no injuries or damages reported. No other details are known at this time.
