Several Valentine Athletes have qualified for the state track meet in Omaha next week.
Isaac Cronin took first place in three events at Districts in West Holt last Thursday. Isaac won the High Jump at 6 foot 3 inches. He also won the 100 meter high hurdles and 300 intermediates.
Grant Springer was another multi event qualifier in the 1600 and the 3200 meter runs.
Mailie Patterson qualified in the 200 and Paige Sprenger, as a freshman, qualified in both the 100 and 300 hurdles.
The Badger will take the girls 4 by 400 relay which includes, Maili Patterson, Alivia Patterson, Kristin Larson and Joni Cox.
The State Track Meet will be at Omaha Burke Stadium on Friday and Saturday of this next week.
