Incidents/Arrests:
On 04/21/2024 at 4:34 pm, an officer responded to the 700 block of east highway 20 for a hit and run accident resulting in property damage. An 18 year old Valentine man was cited for leaving the scene of an accident.
On 04/22/2024 at 8:47 pm, an officer responded to the 300 block of east 3rd Street for a disturbance. A 46 year old Crookston woman was arrested for disturbing the peace.
On 04/23/2024 at 12:23 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersections of 3rd and Main Street. A 42 year old man and 38 year old woman, both from South Dakota, were arrested for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
On 04/24/2024 at 5:29 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of east highway 20. A 23 year old South Dakota man was cited for failing to have a child in a safety restraint.
On 04/25/2024 at 3:38 am, an officer responded to the 200 block of east highway 20 for an assault. A 22 year old South Dakota man was identified as a suspect. A warrant for his arrest will be sought.

On 04/27/2024 at 2:08 pm, an accident with no injuries was reported in the 700 block of east highway 20.
On 04/27/2024 at 2:30 pm, a disturbance was reported in the 1000 block of north Dowden Street.
