Incidents/Arrests:
On 04/14/2024 at 9:42 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of north Wood Street. A juvenile male was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol.
On 04/15/2024 at 1:57 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of east highway 20. A 42 year old man and 38 year old woman, both from South Dakota, were arrested for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) and drug paraphernalia.
On 04/15/2024 at 2:09 pm, an officer responded to a disturbance near 8th and Moon Streets. A 26 year old Valentine woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol: high test. She has 2 prior DUI convictions. A juvenile male was detained for probation violations.
On 04/17/2024 at 1:14 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop near 4th and Edna Streets. A 42 year old South Dakota woman was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol: high test. She has 1 prior DUI conviction.
On 04/17/2024 at 7:39 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop near 4th and Valentine Streets. A 35 year old Valentine man was cited for no proof of insurance.
