The Valentine Rotary Club held their annual Fish and Chips for
Scholarships Friday evening at Bolo Beer Co in Valentine. A large crowd
turned out to support the cause which pays college scholarships to
Valentine area seniors. Preliminary totals came in at over $4,100 raised
during the event. 25-dollar Chamber Buck winners were Jordan Bailey, Pat
Pier and Wand Nielson. Winners can pick up at the Visitors Center next
week.
Valentine Rotary would like to thank all those who attended and donated to
the scholarship fund and all the volunteers who helped cook and serve.
