Arrests/Incidents:
On 12/10/2023 at 3:17 am, an officer responded to the 100 block of north Main Street for a disturbance and property damage. A 50 year old Valentine man was identified as a suspect. An arrest warrant will be requested.
On 12/10/2023 at 4:12 pm, an officer responded to the 100 block of south Main Street for a trespasser. A 55 year old Valentine man was arrested for Criminal Trespassing.
On 12/11/2023 at 7:50 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersections of 5th and Macomb Streets. A 35 year old Valentine woman was cited for speeding.
On 12/13/2023 at 8:34 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersections of 2nd and Hall Streets. A 35 year old Valentine man was cited for a stop sign violation.
On 12/13/2023 at 2:07 pm, an officer responded to the 300 block of west highway 20 for a theft of a firearm. With the assistance of the Rosebud Tribal Police and concerned citizens, the firearm was recovered, and suspects have been identified. Arrest warrants will be requested.

On 12/11/2023 at 6:52 am, a juvenile runaway was reported from the 1000 block of east 9th Street.
On 12/11/2023 at 7:05 am, a welfare check was requested in the 100 block of south Main Street.
On 12/11/2023 at 1:45 pm, a disturbance occurred in the 300 block of north Wood Street.
On 12/11/2023 at 3:59 pm, the department received a report of child abuse. Nebraska Children and Family Services has been requested to assist.
On 12/11/2023 at 5:50 pm, a suspicious vehicle was reported in the 100 block of south Main Street.
On 12/11/2023 at 6:59 pm, a dog at large was reported in the 600 block of east 5th Street.
On 12/12/2023 at 6:55 am, a suspicious vehicle was reported in the 500 block of north Ray Street.
On 12/12/2023 at 2:09 pm, officers responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of north Green Street.
On 12/12/2023 at 6:42 pm, a welfare check was requested in the 100 block of south Hall Street.

On 12/13/2023 at 11:08 pm, an officer responded to a non-injury accident in the 500 block of north Macomb Street.
On 12/13/2023 at 1:58 pm, a delayed disturbance report was received from the 200 block of north Wood Street.
On 12/13/2023 at 10:33 pm, an accident with no injuries was reported in the 100 block of west highway 20.
On 12/14/2023 at 11:00 am, a caller filed multiple complaints regarding city ordinance violations throughout the city.
On 12/14/2023 at 12:42 pm, a fraud complaint was received from the 100 block of south Hall Street.
On 12/14/2023 at 7:12 pm, an officer fielded a property damage report from Little’s Trailer Court.
On 12/16/2023 3:55 pm, a disturbance was reported in the 500 block of north Green Street.
