Arrests/Incidents:
On 11/06/2023 at 11:18 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of north Main Street. A 34 year old Valentine man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and refusal of the chemical test.
On 11/07/2023 at 9:15 am, an officer was called to the 200 block of north Edna Street for and animal complaint. A 30 year old Valentine man refused to cooperate with the investigation. All information was forwarded to the Valentine City Attorney.
On 11/08/2023 at 5:55 am, officers were called to the 500 block of north Government Street for an assault. A 48 year old Valentine man was cited for assault and obstruction. A 28 year old Valentine woman was arrested for assault.
On 11/09/2023 at 11:59 am, an officer received a report of terroristic threats occurring in the Little’s Trailer Court. A 31 year old Valentine man was identified as the suspect. All information has been forwarded to the Cherry County Attorney.
On 11/10/2023 at 11:38 pm, a hit and run accident was reported in the 300 block of west 3rd Street. A 20 year old Valentine man was cited for leaving the scene of an accident.

On 11/05/2023 at 9:22 am, a welfare check was requested in the 100 block of south Main Street.
On 11/06/2023 at 12:56 pm, a complaint of a snake at large was reported in the 100 block of north Government Street.
On 11/07/2023 at 10:50 am, a welfare check was requested at Little’s Trailer Court.
On 11/08/2023 at 10:49 am, a careless driving complaint was received from the 200 block of north Main Street.
On 11/08/2023 at 11:25 am, an officer received a complaint of harassment from the 300 block of east 3rd Street.
On 11/08/2023 at 3:52 pm, a complaint was filed regarding littering in the 100 block of north Wood Street.
On 11/09/2023 at 11:44 am, a complaint of multiple code violations occurring throughout town was filed.
On 11/10/2023 at 12:45 pm, property damage was reported in the 700 block of east highway 20.
On 11/10/2023 at 2:45 pm, property damage and a trespassing complaint was reported from the 100 block of north Western Street.
On 11/11/2023 at 12:36 pm, a theft was reported in the 100 block of north Western Street.
On 11/11/2023 at 2:45 pm, a dog at large was reported in the 500 block of east 2nd Street.
On 11/11/2023 at 3:16 pm, officers responded to the 700 block of east highway 20 for a disturbance.
