Following up on a recent report regarding Dean Jacobs’ departure from the helm of the Valentine Chamber of Commerce. Jacobs announced that he was stepping down on Friday November 3rd after almost 30 years of promoting local business in Valentine.
The chamber’s bylaws now place the duties of the director in the hands of the group’s president, Deanne Holmes-Monroe until April 2024 when Carolyn Peterson-Moore will take over the presidency. If anyone needs to contact the chamber, the new number will be 402-322-5950 and a chamber board member should answer during regular business hours.
