KVSH Radio’s “Business of the Week” is Tehrani Motors in Valentine. The automotive dealership in Valentine has partnered with Ford Motor Company, Chrysler and Dodge, as well as Polaris for new orders and has a large used car selection plus certified service on cars, trucks, atv’s and utv’s. According to Dave Tehrani, they are the oldest Chrysler/Dodge franchise in the state of Nebraska.
Tehrani Motors was started in 1976 by Mo Tehrani. At the time, Mo was still coaching wrestling and teaching Algebra at VRHS, and sold cars in the evenings and weekends. After retiring from teaching, Mo went full time in the automotive business, signing a franchise with Ford in 1980. The business grew from there and became a family business which Dave took over about 20 years ago.
