It happens every year. The annual end to Daylight Saving Time. Residents in Nebraska, South Dakota, and in fact, most of the United States will have to “fall back” just before getting some sleep on Saturday night. The official end to Daylight Saving Time is at 2 am local time on Sunday November 5th. After the annual time change, hours will shift back with sunrise and sunsets an hour earlier than during the Daylight Saving hours.
It’s also recommended that everyone take this opportunity to check the batteries in the smoke detectors in your home.
