Incidents/Arrests:
On 10/15/2023 at 1:20 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop near 4th and Ray Streets. Narcotic detection dog K9 Baker was deployed. A 36 year old South Dakota woman was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation and resisting arrest. A 28 year old South Dakota man was arrested on an active federal warrant.
On 10/16/2023 at 5:16 pm, an officer made contact with a juvenile runaway near 2nd and Wood Streets. Nebraska Children and Family Services and Nebraska Probation was requested to assist.
On 10/19/2023 at 3:41 pm, an officer responded to the 500 block of west 3rd Street for a disturbance. A 60 year old Valentine woman was cited for disturbing the peace.
On 10/21/2023 at 11:18 am, an officer received a report of a stolen vehicle from the 100 block of east 9th Street. A 26 year old Valentine woman has been identified as the suspect. A warrant will be sought.

On 10/18/2023 at 5:09 am, a welfare check was requested in the 400 block of north Macomb Street.
On 10/18/2023 at 1:25 pm, a welfare check was requested in the 100 block of west highway 20.
On 10/19/2023 at 7:36 am, a dog at large was reported in the 800 block of Craig Street.
On 10/19/2023 at 5:05 pm, a complaint of illegal activity was reported in the 100 block of north Main Street.
On 10/20/2023 at 7:04 pm, a disturbance was reported in the 300 block of west 3rd Street.
On 10/20/2023 at 9:25 pm, officers responded to the 300 block of west B Street for 3 males looking in car windows.
On 10/21/2023 at 12:28 am, a welfare check was requested in the 500 block of west 3rd Street.
On 10/21/2023 at 11:10 am, a welfare check was requested in the 700 block of Candice Street.
On 10/21/2023 at 12:09 pm, a disturbance was reported in the 200 block of south Main Street.
On 10/21/2023 at 1:00 pm, a disturbance was reported in the 200 block of south Main Street.
