According to Cherry County Hospital Board of Trustees Chairman Roger Dunn, the search for a new, permanent CEO should be wrapping up soon.  The search committee consisted of board members Dunn, Warren Arganbright, and Deanna Scott have narrowed the field to three.

At this time, the three finalists are Jim Bargen, Andrea Brown, and Nancy Hicks Arsenault.

Jim Bargen is currently the Chief Operations Officer of Box Butte General Hospital in Box Butte, Nebraska.  Andrea Brown of Valentine, is Vice President, Home Therapies Operations and Systems at Fresenius Medical Care North America, according to her social media page.

Nancy Hicks Arsenault is the current interim CEO at Cherry County Hospital after being hired by former CEO Kyle Kellum for the Director of Nursing position.

No updates on the status of these three finalists are anticipated at the regular meeting of the CCH Board on October 30th, as there will an interview day on November 8th at the hospital which will be open to the public.
