There were 8 cards that missed one game turned in for the KVSH Pigskin Prediction Contest this week. Nebraska’s 312 yards of total offense determined that Dick Smith of Valentine is this weeks winner and will receive the $25 first place money. Dick had guessed 360 yards. Second place with 367 yards, was Gary Coleman of Valentine, who will receive the 15 dollars second place money. There were 5 cards with 2 wrong this week. South Loup beating Mullen caused some people problems on the card and Oklahoma beating Texas was another tripping point. Other people who missed just one game included Steve Chavez, Ron Lower, Matt Coleman, Heather Lurz, Jerred Eklund, Monica McCormick, Rob Janssen and Allison Webster.

This weeks cards will need to be returned to KVSH radio by noon on Thursday as there will be one college game and one high school game on Thursday. Cards for the Pigskin Prediction Contest are available today at Young’s Western Wear, Hometown Lumber and Nelsen Furniture. Due to the holiday today, Cards will be available at Security First Bank, and Sandhill’s State Bank on Tuesday. Old Mill Bulk Foods and Deli is closed this week so you will have to pick up your cards at the other locations.
