Open Plains transit in Valentine will offer free transportation this week to Valentine area residents. This will be the first ever National Week Without Driving challenge through October 8th. The challenge is for everyone to understand the barriers for non drivers. Its to better understand what its like to try to navigate the community without the privilege of driving.
