Valentine Chamber of Commerce Director Dean Jacobs was our guest on the KVSH Comment program Wednesday morning to discuss the upcoming “Chaduza Cook-off” at the Valentine City Park on September 9th. Three main categories include Beef, Chicken, and Pork. You can enter any or all of these categories of your choosing, with scaled entry fees for the three divisions. There is also a “side dish” category for folks to try along with the main dishes. Pre-registration will be necessary to allow the chamber to order enough meat.
