Incidents/Arrests:
On 08/06/2023 at 9:28 pm, an officer responded to the 100 block of north Thatcher Street regarding a disturbance. An 18 year old South Dakota woman was cited in regards to this incident.
On 08/07/2023 at 5:00 pm, a 72 year old Crookston man was arrested in the 100 block of north Main Street for 2nd degree criminal trespassing.
On 08/08/2023 at 1:00 pm, a report of a sexual assault was filed with the department. The investigation is ongoing.
On 08/09/2023 at 8:19 am, an officer was requested in the 100 block of south Main Street for a delayed 3rd degree assault call. All information has been forwarded to the Cherry County Attorney for review.
On 08/11/2023 at 11:01 pm, an officer responded to the 300 block of north Victoria Street in regards to a domestic disturbance. All information has been forwarded to the Cherry County Attorney for review.
On 08/12/2023 at 9:09 am, a report of a sexual assault was filed with the department. The investigation is ongoing.
