Valentine residents will see activity in the 200 block of Main Street after Robert and Lacey Joseph purchased the former Adamson Studio, James Quigley Law Office and Cody Foster and Company buildings. The Josephs have a medium range plan to renovate the buildings into downtown event space, retail space and some short term housing such as airbnb. On the KVSH Comment program earlier this week, Robert and Lacey shared some of their ideas for the William R. Fraternal Hall project. They are currently in the demolition phase and have contracted with an architect
to provide ideas about what can be done. They hope to have some usable event type space done by this fall in the Cody Foster Building. They are referring to this project as the William R Fraternal Hall project partially in honor of Roberts grandfather Bill Jospeh.
