Incidents/Arrests:
On 06/12/2023 at 12:45 pm, an officer received a report of child neglect. Nebraska Child and Family Services was requested to assist. All information will be forwarded to the Cherry County Attorney for review.
On 06/14/2023 at 2:40 pm, a hit and run accident resulting in property damage was reported. The case is pending suspect identification.
On 06/15/2023 at 9:52 am, an officer responded to a car/non-motorist accident with no injuries in the 300 block of east 1st Street.
On 06/16/2023 at 9:16 am, an officer received a report of forged currency from the 100 block of east highway 20. A suspect has been identified and all information will be forwarded to the Cherry County Attorney.

On 06/11/2023 at 4:57 am, a report of 2 people trying to break into vehicles in the 200 block of north Valentine Street was received.
On 06/11/2023 at 1:20 pm, an officer was requested to look for a careless driver in the area of highway 20 and 97.
On 06/11/2023 at 4:40 pm, a complaint regarding a civil matter dealing with a storage building was received. No action taken.
On 06/12/2023 at 1:18 pm, an officer responded to the 300 block of north Macomb for an accident with no injuries.
On 06/12/2023 at 7:20 pm, a request for an officer at 2nd and Victoria Streets for a dog bite was made.
On 06/13/2023 at 4:03 pm, a welfare check was requested in the 100 block of north Main Street.
On 06/13/2023 at 4:44 pm, a welfare check was requested in the 200 block of north Western Street.
On 06/14/2023 at 8:51 am, a complaint of a careless driver was filed.
On 06/14/2023 at 12:54 pm, an officer was requested to respond to the 100 block of north Main Street for a male subject damaging property.
On 06/14/2023 at 4:27 pm, a runaway was reported from the 200 block of south Main Street.
On 06/14/2023 at 11:24 pm, a dog at large complaint was called in from the 200 block of west 2nd Street.
On 06/15/2023 at 8:28 am, an abandoned vehicle was reported in the 200 block of south Main Street.
On 06/15/2023 at 9:08 am, a complaint of a careless driver was filed.
On 06/16/2023 at 7:33 am, a trespasser was reported in the 300 block of south Hall Street.
On 06/16/2023 at 11;04 am, a dog at large was reported in the 600 block of west highway 20.
On 06/16/2023 at 4:29 pm, a complaint of someone abusing the emergency 911 number was reported.
