The Cherry County Ag Society met Monday evening to continue making plans for the upcoming Cherry County Fair and Rodeo in Valentine.
The main run of the fair will be August 10th through the 13th, with 4-H shooting sports kicking things off on August 4th and 5th. The theme for 2023 will be “Our Brand of Fair”. The parade will be on Thursday August 10 at 7pm. The trade show will be Friday and Saturday and Sunday will again be a family fun day including horseshoe tournament, corn hole tournament, ranch rodeo and more. There will also be a carnival on the grounds during the fair.
As a side note, the Ag Society would like everyone to know that the demolition derby will be on Saturday July 1st instead of the 4th.
