Paintings, drawings, sculptures, and photography,are just some of the mediums that will be shown at the Valentine Art Show Wednesday April 5th. Valentine Community School students will have their art displayed. Also twelve area schools will also show and compete in the high school and middle school art show. Schools showing art include Ainsworth, Stuart, Keya Paha, Cody-Kilgore, Gothenburg, St. Pats, Atkinson, Burwell, Broken Bow, Colome SD, Sandhills, West Holt, and Valentine. The show is open to the public 1:00 to 4:00 in the multipurpose room at Valentine High School. Enter through the front entrance of the high school. The judges for the show are Chana Orton of Mills, NE and Kevin McNichols of Atkinson. They welcome community members who want to view the show during their lunch hour to stop by during that time.
