Some Winter work continues. Traffic has returned to Main Street (HWY 83). The detour signage has been removed and the Detour on Cherry Street has been suspended. Traffic will be monitored and adjustments to traffic control signs will be made as needed. The restrictions to over width and overlength cargos has been lifted and will be permitted thru the NDOT. The Traffic signals at the intersection of HWY 20 & Main will run as
pre-timed (no detection) without the accessible pedestrian pushbuttons. These pedestrian signals do not function at this time and are to be set up at a later date. At 2nd & Main and 3rd & Main street intersections, the traffic signals will flash yellow/red. These intersections are also without pedestrian signals until additional work can be completed. Expect IES (electrical contractor) to continue placing wiring as weather allows. Scheduling for the remaining work is in progress, with work expected to begin mid-March.
