Sophomore Andon Olson set a new single game scoring record for boys basketball at Valentine high School when he scored 40 points at the holiday tournament game against Hemingford. It was brought to our attention that Senior Ashton Lurz had previously set a couple of football records at Valentine High School. Ashton tied the single game point record with 30 points in a game against West Holt and
set the new single season point record with 172 points in a season. Congratulations to these two athletes at Valentine High School.
