Power should be restored to almost all Cherry Todd electric customers at this time. They still have one home that is operating on a generator. Crews have been working since last Tuesday to reach outages, but were
severely hampered by the snow and winds blocking roads. They have been working with county road crews to open roads to areas without power. They have not lost any lines or poles, but the cut-offs, to prevent wide spread outages, were tripped by wires slapping together in the 50 and 60mph winds. They lost power to the City of Wood, West of St. Francis and to the Littleburg and Lakeview areas. There may still be some well pumps that do not have power. If you know of any, contact Cherry Todd Electric and they will try to get to them. Cherry Todd would like to thank the road crews for helping out and customers for being patient.
