Incidents/Arrests:
On 11/21/2022 at 12:48 am, an officer responded to the 100 block of north Main Street for a fight. All information will be forwarded to the Cherry County Attorney for review.
On 11/23/2022 at 8:40 am, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 300 block of Development Street. A 48 year old Valentine woman was arrested on suspicion of operating her vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
On 11/23/2022 at 6:27 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop near B and Sally Streets. A juvenile male was cited for speeding and no operator’s license.
On 11/23/2022 at 8:30 pm, an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 600 block of west highway 20. A 46 year old Arizona man was arrested on suspicion of operating his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
Reported Offenses:
On 11/20/2022 at 12:35 pm, an officer was requested to conduct a welfare check in the 500 block of north Green Street. The subject was fine.
On 11/20/2022 at 9:59 pm, a report of “porch pirates” stealing packages in the 200 block of north Hall Street was called in. Case pending suspect identification.
On 11/21/2022 at 2:49 pm, a complaint of a dog at large in the 400 block of north Macomb was reported. Owner contacted.
On 11/21/2022 at 4:48 pm, an officer responded to the 300 block of west highway 20 for a non-injury accident with property damage.
On 11/22/2022 at 9:12 am, an officer was requested to conducted a welfare check in the 200 block of east 4th Street. The subject was fine.
On 11/23/2022 at 2:56 pm, a hit and run accident resulting in property damage was reported in the 200 block of north Victoria Street. Case is pending suspect identification.
On 11/23/2022 at 08:53 am, an officer received a complaint regarding a trespasser in the 300 block of east highway 20. The suspect was given a criminal trespass warning to stay off of the property.
On 11/24/2022 at 6:46 pm, an officer was requested in the area of 5th and Ray Street to assist an intoxicated pedestrian. The subject was gone upon arrival.
On 11/25/2022 at 2:59 pm, a dog was reportedly running at large in the 500 block of north Cherry Street. The owner was contacted.
On 11/25/2022 at 7:47 pm, a barking dog complaint was reported in the 600 block of Essex Street. The owner was contacted.
On 11/26/2022 at 11:04 am, an officer was requested to conduct a welfare check in the 1000 block of east 8th Street. The subject was fine.
On 11/26/2022 at 9:56 pm, an officer was requested to look for a possible drunk driver near 3rd and Western Streets. The subject was not located.
